Remark:

Air tax, fuel surcharge and departure tax are not included in the tour price
Tour price is subject to change according to any airfare increase, increase in government taxes, additional fuel charges and fluctuation of the rate of exchange between U.S. and foreign currency
A 6 months valid passport is required at the time of departure

Deposit and Final payment :

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit per person will be required at the time of booking
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to departure
If reservation is made less than 45 days prior to departure, full payment is due at time of booking. For the visa purpose, extra express-fee may be applied
If remaining balance of payment is not made within the above-required period of time, ASC reserve the right to cancel reservations
In case of voluntary cancellation, the deposit cannot be applied for any other tours or other travel services

Cancellations and Changing Fees: (Please read very carefully)

Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed bookings. Therefore, the following fees will apply

Cancellation or any changes within:
* 21 – 14 days prior to departure:        50% of the total tour fee
* 14 – 7 days prior to departure:          80% of the total tour fee
* 7 days prior to departure:                100% of the total tour fee plus any other service fee that result in the cancellation

Participation:

For the benefit of everyone in your tour group, ASC reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants

We require a minimum of 15 participants to guarantee a tour with escort guide.
ASC will notify participants of any changes 45 days prior to departure.

Participation:

The tour participant agrees that neither ASC nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services, or any insurer or insurance administrator under the Travel Protection Plan, or of any other person.
